night’s rest?
1. Shut down the mind
2. Refrain from drinking coffee six
hours before bedtime.
3. Avoid using electronic devices that
emit light just before bedtime.
4. Exercise as it decreases the time it
takes to fall asleep and improves sleep quality.
5. To stay asleep, do not be too hot or
too cold, eliminate noise and light.
6. Maintain a routine – go to bed and
wake up at the same time.
7. Break bad sleep beliefs.
